Our client was charged with DUI out of Everett District Court (was the 2nd allegation in 18 months). We ultimately secured a reduction to Negligent Driving 1st Degree with no jail on the 2nd DUI allegation, and no probationary sanction on the 1st DUI (we did not previously represent the client on that first charge).
